Prepaid Visa and Mastercard FAQ
What Salad's prepaid Visa and Mastercard rewards are, how they are delivered, mobile wallets, and where they are supported.
Prepaid Visa and Mastercard rewards are digital cards independent from your own bank or card services. Each card comes with its own card number, security code and expiry date, and can be used almost anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted. Prepaid Mastercard balance comes in denominations of USD $5, $10, $50 and $100.
How the card is delivered
Cards are delivered by our reward partners. Shortly after you redeem, an email with a claim link arrives at the email address on your Salad account; follow the instructions on that link to get your card details. Mobile wallets
You can add the digital card to supported mobile wallets. Wallet transfers may be subject to regional restrictions.

Where the cards are supported
Check the supported Prepaid Visa and Mastercard countries before you redeem. Mastercard is not supported in the following regions:
- Russia
- Turkey
- Ukraine
