Not Earning
Start here when Salad shows Finding Job for a long time, earnings dropped, a job runs but pays nothing, or jobs keep restarting.
Most "not earning" reports fall into one of a few patterns, and each has its own page. If the app shows a Degraded notification, go to Degraded State first - that's what is blocking jobs.
Check your earnings history before anything else
The app's window can lag behind what the machine is doing. Open your Earnings Summary: if balance is being credited every hour, the machine is working and the display just hasn't caught up.
The machine isn't getting jobs
Finding Job for hours
How long is normal, how to tell demand from a problem, and what to check.
Why am I not receiving any jobs?
Demand, configuration and the checklist that decides whether you're offered work.
Not getting container jobs
You're eligible on paper but only get bandwidth or mining. Make the machine container-ready.
Earning rate dropped to 0
Dips are normal as jobs come and go. What to check when the rate never comes back.
The machine is working but the numbers look wrong
Earning less than expected
Why a high-demand GPU can be paid at the low end of its range: priority, not demand.
Job running but no earnings
Usually a miner paying cents, or a display that hasn't refreshed. How to tell.
Jobs keep failing or restarting
Short jobs and restarts without an error are normally the customer's doing, not yours.
How reallocation works
What it means when a customer moves a job off your machine.
