Redeeming your First Reward

Now that you've earned some Salad Balance, it's time to redeem your first reward from the storefront! To get started, open up your web browser and head to the Salad Storefront. From here, you can browse through the wide variety of rewards available, including gift cards, game codes, subscriptions, and even PayPal and Prepaid Visa/Mastercards.

We recommend looking for something cheaper for your first redemption, as you may not have enough Salad Balance yet for some of the higher-priced items. For example, you could purchase a $1 Amazon Gift Card or a donation to your favorite charity.

Once you've found something you like, click on the item to view the details and access the purchase button. Make sure to review any details about the reward, such as region restrictions, before purchasing. We do not offer refunds. When you're ready, click the 'Buy Now' button at the top right to proceed to checkout, and then confirm your purchase,

Once redeemed, your reward will be delivered to your Reward Vault and email address. You can access your Reward Vault from the Store dropdown menu at the top of the page.

Please note that some rewards, such as PayPal and Prepaid Visa/Mastercards require additional steps, you will need to check your email for further instructions.
