I am having trouble connecting to the Salad app
If your Salad app is having trouble connecting, please try these troubleshooting steps.
- Try another Web Browser. Brave Browser and Safari are currently unsupported browsers due to protection settings enabled within them, and some other privacy-centric browsers may pose similar problems. After clicking 'Account' in your Salad widget menu, copy and paste the link opened in your browser to another browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, or, change your default web browser to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge temporarily.
- Restart your Salad App by right clicking the icon in your Windows System Tray, and clicking "Quit Salad".
- Restart your PC
