When you encounter an issue with a reward, Salad Support will ask for screenshots of your issue in order to contact our suppliers. For Uplay Keys you will need to supply a few screenshots when trying to claim your reward.
Above are example screenshots. When taking your screenshots, ensure to include your entire screen, showing the Task Bar (with the date and time). Please ensure you have not edited, or censored, any part of the screenshot or we may need to ask for new screenshots.
Below are some examples of bad screenshots that would not be accepted, and we would have to ask for new ones.

This screenshot does not contain the Date and Time, and has been censored. Therefor, the screenshot would not be accepted.
