When you encounter an issue with a reward, Salad Support will ask for screenshots of your issue in order to contact our suppliers. For Steam CD Keys you will need to supply these screenshots when trying to claim your reward.
Above are examples of the three screenshots when need. When taking your screenshots, ensure to include your entire screen, showing the Task Bar (with the date and time). Please ensure you have not edited, or censored, any part of the screenshots or we may need to ask for new screenshots.
