When you encounter an issue with a reward, Salad Support will ask for screenshots of your issue in order to contact our suppliers. For Steam Altergifts you will need to supply a screenshot of the error you received when trying to claim your reward.
Above is an example screenshot. When taking your screenshot, ensure to include your entire screen, showing the Task Bar (with the date and time). Please ensure you have not edited, or censored, any part of the screenshot or we may need to ask for a new screenshot.
Below is an example of a bad screenshot that would not be accepted.
