Unable to detect hardware

If you've received a "Problem detecting hardware" error in your Salad Widget like the one below, please try restarting your PC once, or the troubleshooting steps below.


  1.  Press the Windows key, and search for "Services"
  2. Open it, and search for the "Secondary Logon" item

  3. Right click it, and click "Properties"

  4. Set the Startup type to "Manual", click the "Start" button, then click apply


If restarting your PC does not resolve the issue or the above step is already set to Manual, and is "Running", please contact Support here and submit us a ticket, or a live chat if available.
