How to enable and disable hardware

Enabling hardware:

1. Open your Salad widget by clicking on the icon in your System Tray

   

2. Navigate to the "PERFORMANCE" tab
3. Click "Enable" on the hardware you wish to enable

Note: Enabling a specific type of hardware will enable all of the same type on your PC. (EG, enabling one of your GPUs if multiple installed will enable them all).

Disabling hardware:

1. Open your Salad widget by clicking on the icon in your System Tray

   

2. Navigate to the "PERFORMANCE" tab

   

3. Click on the "Configure Hardware: button.

   

4. Enable or Disable your hardware with the drop down.

Note: Disabling a specific type of hardware will disable all of the same type on your PC. (EG, disabling one of your GPUs if multiple installed will disable them all).

We recommend enabling as much hardware as possible to maximize your earnings, and ensure we can run a workload on your machine if one becomes available.
