Canceled PayPal redemptions
If you have tried to redeem a PayPal reward and it's been canceled or refunded, there may be a configuration issue with your PayPal account. Firstly, check the error message that came in your refund email, it may contain an obvious error or issue for you to resolve on your PayPal account. Try double checking your PayPal account to ensure it's set up correctly to receive payments, and meet any requirements explained in your error message.
If you've received an error stating that the currency you have redeemed is not available in your country, or unavailable to your account, you may not be able to redeem any PayPal rewards to this PayPal account. Please choose another reward from our storefront.
If you've received a generic error, or are unable to resolve the issue directly, please contact PayPal support for assistance receiving your redemption.
